Humpback whales, a symbol of Los Cabos
Every winter, the waters of the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez come alive with the arrival of humpback whales.
They come from thousands of kilometers away to give birth and raise their calves in this paradise that we also call home.
A reminder that the sea is always alive, and that protecting it is caring for the magic of Los Cabos.
1st stage BAJA swim series
LOCATION: San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur
DATE: Saturday, November 29, 2025
DEPARTURES: Puerto Los Cabos (7km) and Palmilla Beach (2km, 14km)
GOAL: Palmilla Beach, San José del Cabo.
PARTICIPANTS: All people who know how to swim in open water.
REGISTRATION DATES: Monday, September 1st to November 15th or until the maximum number of participants is reached.
